FleetBi is a specialised business intelligence system built for companies that manage vehicle fleets and require accurate, data-driven insights for daily decision-making. The platform combines applied mathematics, real-time data aggregation, and automated reporting to give businesses a complete overview of fleet performance. It stores key vehicle information — monthly mileage, fuel usage, service history, and operating costs — and uses this data to generate clear, actionable insights through charts, graphs, and detailed reports.
The system supports CSV data imports, integrates multiple external APIs for automated data retrieval, and includes mapping functionality to display vehicle routes visually. Reports can be exported to Excel or PDF, enabling easy sharing across teams. FleetBi is an evolving project built to adapt to the client’s operational needs, turning complex vehicle data into a streamlined, intelligent fleet management tool.

FleetBi is developed using PHP Laravel, MySQL, Livewire and Tailwind CSS, combined with multiple different API integrations for automated data gathering and map-based visualisation. The platform includes dynamic charting, multi-format report generation, advanced data processing algorithms, and a flexible structure designed for continuous feature expansion.
To support real-world fleet operations, FleetBi is also optimised for mobile phones and tablets, providing only the essential functions on mobile for quick access in the field, while the full feature set is available on the web platform.
FleetBi is one of our longest-running collaborations, spanning more than ten years.
